With over 16 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative learning and development programs for early childhood educators and leaders. As the Executive Director of Talent, Learning, and Development at Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood Development Center, I oversee the recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of high-quality staff and leadership across multiple locations. I also collaborate with the executive team and external partners to align the talent and learning strategies with the organization's mission, vision, and values. Previously, I held various leadership roles in Montessori and other learning centers, where I managed operations, finances, compliance, and customer service. I have strong skills in management, communication, problem-solving, and customer service, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. I am committed to advancing the field of early childhood education and supporting the professional growth and wellbeing of the educators, leaders and life-long learners.
