I started with YUM working in the compliance area where I was responsible for preparing all of the Pizza Hut returns. While in compliance I reengineered the compliance process, streamlining five different return process into one. Within less than a year in compliance I was promoted and moved on to preparing all of the Domestic brands quarterly and annual provisions. In additions to preparing the provisions, I assisted with the reorganization of 96 legal entities to 6. After two years of preparing the domestic provision I was promoted and was responsible for preparing the International markets quarterly and annual provisions. I completed several overseas assignments in Canada, Mexico and the UK while working on the International Provision team including two weeks in Geneva as a guest auditor for our Internal Audit team.

I am currently the Firm Lead and Implementer for ONESOURCE Tax Provision with extensive experience interfacing Active Workpapers with ONESOURCE and the configuration of ONESOURCE Global Access Module (GAM). I leverage my experience with International and domestic tax accounting under ASC 740, including purchase accounting, UTP, tax basis balance sheet, and return to provision analysis and documentation, International and domestic tax review and preparation of large C corporations, and research services related to various international, federal and state income tax issues and information reporting to assist companies of various sizes and industries to streamline their tax processes.
