This role is focused on Designing, implementation, monitoring and management of global IT policies, controls framework and corresponding compliance initiatives. Enabling consistency and efficiency to satisfy, business, regulatory and legislative requirements in an optimum manner.

This role is focused on IT, Service, Finance, and Compliance. I use my skills in relationship management to work with individuals of all levels and areas of the organization. I meet with Executive team members (CFO, CIO etc.), key member of corporate, IT Country managers and all levels within IT and business. I work very closely with my team and am focused on coaching and mentoring them to be the best they can be. I also use my skills in Finance and vendor management to identify and implement efficiencies and cost optimization in the organisation. Success criteria: in the last 5 years, my team and I have reduced all IT control issues in both regions to the lowest count since the team’s inception. I collaborated with a diverse set of team members across all functions to achieve these results despite contending with other business priorities.
