Partner in the international arbitration team of Hogan Lovells’ Paris office, I accompany both companies and states in commercial and investor-state arbitration under all major arbitration rules and in a variety of industry sectors, with a particular focus on the energy, mining, luxury, aerospace and telecoms sectors. With over fifteen years of experience advising clients across the globe and in three languages (French, English and Spanish), I provide strategic advice in complex, cross-jurisdictional disputes to secure favourable outcomes for clients. Building on my multicultural background and Colombian roots, I have also developed a particular expertise of the Latin American region, having recently collaborated in launching the firm’s Paris-Latam Desk. An experienced thought leader, I monitor and contribute to developments in international arbitration and investment law, convinced that international arbitration is key in resolving today and tomorrow’s global disputes.
