Awarded “Rookie of the Year” honor for National College across the State of Ohio. Assisted prospective students with receiving accurate information about the college while following set procedures. Contacted inquiries, set appointments for meetings, conducted meetings and tours, answered questions and provided guidance; after the enrollment process was completed maintained contact. Kept up to date information on current and old prospects to maintain retention, assisted prospective students with completing enrollment paperwork, followed through with new student orientation. Provided accurate and timely reporting of activity to the Campus Director and Admissions Director; promoted a professional, positive and cooperative work environment that is respectful of individuals and departments.

Work with large amounts of data using SAP Business Objects, Toad for Oracle and Dynamics. Build queries using SQL: transform, and manipulate data, interpret data, analyze results and provide reporting using Tableau and Excel. Responsible for market realignment and territory analysis. Responsible for geospatial analysis using mapping software (Maptitude/Tableau), to optimize, realign and redistribute territories due to headcount additions and acquisitions. Engage with internal customers to gather project specifications and determine relevant quantitative methods for solving client’s business questions. Develop analytical project plans, manage day-to-day tasks, and meet project deadlines. Perform custom ad-hoc analysis as requested. Create presentations and other deliverables that tell the business story by providing results, recommendations and advice to internal customers and other business partners in a clear, concise manner. Execute, verify, and test new database and/or reporting environment configurations.

Enforce Supplier Diversity & Sustainability initiatives throughout Cintas. Manage over 100 Tier 2 Customer Reports quarterly. Manage and coordinate Cintas’ Global Partner Sustainability engagement activities and events, such as Earth Day and America Recycles Day. Organize and host Cintas sponsored business development conferences, workshops and seminars for diverse suppliers. Coordinate with the sales team to train minority and woman owned businesses in the sales processes we use here at Cintas. Establish expectations for Tier II customer needs, participate in key supplier diversity advocacy group organizations’ programs and events while networking with and expanding personal knowledge of supplier diversity and sustainability industry best practices. Also responsible for centralizing, updating, and maintaining department procedures, reports, newsletters and presentations.
