Level III, primary function; System Expert and Tester for a high profile tier I project (Tax Cycle and Tax and Technology). Responsible for troubleshooting, coordinating, monitoring & tracking test results and system issues. Work directly with Operations Department, Project Managers, IT and the Developers. Main responsibilities have been: Maintain strong working relationship with Leadership Team, IT and Project Managers.

Default Claims Supervisor, provides coaching, counseling and development of Default Claims staff. Current team consists of 12 associates. Main job functions consist of maintaining familiarity with all MI Carrier coverage policies and filing procedures, monitor the ready to file report to ensure that claims are filed within he time lines provided for the coverage policy.
