I enjoy watching elementary students develop a love of learning that I hope continues throughout their lives. I use the skills that I have developed as a teacher and while working with children outside the classroom to guide them through the learning process. During school breaks, I continue my love of developing young minds by helping to create fun, engaging products with the team at Rock ‘N Learn.

I substitute teach effectively in a wide variety of schools with students of varying levels of acumen and behavior responsiveness. When necessary, I modify lesson plans to meet unexpected changes in the day due to technical difficulties or changes in the schedule at the schools. I'm able to establish a rapport with students in a short amount of time, which leads to easier classroom management. I develop relationships with students and staff at the schools, as well as some parents of the students I teach.
