I am Melissa Amado Vidal, a passionate and dedicated entrepreneur. I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 23, following five enriching years in the corporate world. With a degree in International Business Administration and certification as an Ontological Coach, I have expanded my influence as an international speaker. My career includes being the CEO and Founder of Mining AI Tech, an innovative company in technology and software development for the mining sector, which was later acquired by a corporation, marking a significant milestone in my career. Currently, I lead as the CEO of Bee3Lab Tech, a company focused on research and development, committed to driving technological advancement and innovation. I am a winner of NASA's Challenge with the project: AI model for predicting solar storms on Earth. Additionally, I have been nominated for the Women in Tech Awards in the Startup Award Latam category. Since 2020, as a digital nomad, I have integrated my love for travel and adventure sports with my dedication to empowering women in developing their skills. In my foundational role at the NGO Qumuy Peru, I have worked tirelessly to assist individuals with physical disabilities, demonstrating my commitment to inclusion and social support. As the Director of Young Mining Professionals Peru, I foster connections among young mining professionals in Peru, and through WAAIME Peru, I support the academic and professional growth of young talents. My participation as a mentor in WoomUp reflects my passion for the professional advancement of women, guiding emerging leaders toward success. With expertise in Women's Leadership, mentoring, coaching, team strengthening, networking, social entrepreneurship, and social aid for animals, I am always open to sharing my knowledge and collaborating on transformative projects.
