Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play. Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing diapers. Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills. Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order.

Provided initial orientation to providers, provider office staff, and hospitals as they joined CCHMO and as CCHMO added new product lines. Provided ongoing education and conducted on-site inspections to ensure operational standards were being met by providers and hospitals. Aided in ongoing analysis of network expansion including; investigation of and correspondence to providers. Researched issues concerning benefits, billing capitation, claims disputes, and disruptive patients. Developed agendas, organized informational material and participated in provider meetings.
