* As the change lead, part of a major transition (outsourcing) & transformation of the entire finance function worldwide. * Responsible for the design and execution of the change management strategy incl. communications, stakeholder engagement, training and change measurement * Coordinated all change management activities in cooperation with local HR for the regions Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Helped to shape the vision and ambition of a newly formed department. Used creative means of communication to make the vision "stick".

* Part of the project team who was responsible for the implementation of a Warehouse Management System. * The shift from paper handling to electronic hand-held scanners was considered as a major change. * Applied creative ways of communication in order to engage the entire workforce.

Compiled a quarterly strategic dashboard for the IT infrastructure department (part of CIO), explained variances, provided trending analysis and critically challenged outcomes.

Part of a large-scale SAP implementation at the BP Europoort refinery. Within the change team responsible for training deployment. Created, coordinated and executed the trainings to approx. 1250 users ranging from operations staff to refinery leadership.
