I lead Full Lifecycle Recruiting and People Operations at Confiant. Confiant is a cybersecurity company that protects publishers and ad platforms from malicious actors and puts the control back in their hands to ensure the ads delivered to a website are safe and secure. Our sole purpose is to rid the world of cybercriminals, bad actors, and malware. We are a team of 40+ and quickly growing. I started at Confiant in 2019, assisting the Head of People with Operations, HR and Recruiting with a hand in Marketing, Legal and Finance. Most of my professional experience has been in advertising, and my previous positions were at Creative Advertising Agencies; Muhtayzik-Hoffer and Strawberryfrog.
