Completing all tasks associated with assisting the CEO.

Assist Marketing and HR departments with tasks including but not restricted to: social media advertising and networking, talent recruitment, job development, defining positions, data entry, employee benefit management, event coordination, phone screens, face to face interviews and schedule coordination.

Proficiently field and manage all inquiries both internally and externally via necessary media. Provide strategic HR direction through talent acquisition, employee relations, and aligning programs and processes with company objectives. Lead development and executions of all facets of employee orientation and training. Processes included facilitating weekly four hour training sessions for new employees, engaging current employees in the company mission statement through incentives and events, and serving as a liaison between field and office staff to effectively assess company initiatives. Provide payroll account assurance through strategic weekly reviews and analyses. Essentially building relationships between departments allowing for a stronger infrastructure. Successful at accurately analyzing organizational needs and designing effective solutions and seeing them through. Highly effective leader that initiates manages and recuperates debts on delinquent accounts in compliance with all standing policies.

Assessing clients' health and fitness levels, collaborating with clients in order to achieve healthy lifestyle goals, improving clients' health one workout at a time, developing nutritional plans to support an active lifestyle and leading group BootCamp Challenge classes.
