* 1. Responsible for assisting Vice President Director * 2. Follow up report according to the group timeline * 3. Managing day to day operation * 4. Establish good filling system * 5. Provide high level of administrative and secretarial support * 6. Responsible for both internal and external correspondence within directorate * 7. Manage and handle report compilation * 8. Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences, take minutes and keep records of proceedings as required * 9. Studied reports received, checked and compared with previous reports and other data, and brought to the attention of the Director significant items, changes, errors * 10. Transmit directives, instructions and assignments and follow up on status of assignments as liaison between the Director, subordinates and others * 11. Maintained for the Director up to date management manuals, directives, organizational charts and kept the Director informed of changes * 12. Make domestic and foreign travel arrangement, prepare itineraries, and maintain all travel records
