Melanie M. Gonzalez

As the VP of Sales at GlobalTek Equipment, I lead a diverse team that oversees the operations of an equipment manufacturing facility, as well as the corporate marketing, branding, and advertising strategies. I am responsible for managing all aspects of client relations and sales leads generation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and increasing revenue and market share. I have a strong background in healthcare, having graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2019. Prior to joining GlobalTek Equipment, I worked as an Emergency Services Care Associate at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where I delivered standard of care for trauma and medical patients, under the supervision of a registered nurse. I have developed skills in Microsoft Office, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership, which I leverage in my current role. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of GlobalTek Equipment, and to make a positive impact in the lives of our customers and employees.
