Oversee and lead all functions of the HR department of Orchard Hotel Singapore, part of the Millennium Hotels and Resorts group - a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited (CDL).

- Nov 2017 to Oct 2019: Overseeing a team of 15 HR BP, TA and L&D Partners in the Hotels HR, F&B HR, Leasing HR, Creative & Events HR, Entertainment HR, Resorts Sales & Marketing (RSM), Partnership and Hospitality Training teams to provide full HR BP, TA and L&D advise and support to the Hotels, F&B, Leasing, Creative & Events, Entertainment, Resorts Sales & Marketing Business Units (BU). - Oct 2019 to Dec 2019: Supporting as the HR BP for RSM, Partnership and Regional Sales Offices based in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. - Jan 2020 to Dec 2020: Supporting as the HR BP in addition to the above mentioned business units for IT, Innovation and Procurement. - Jan 2021 to Oct 2021: Supporting as the HR BP in addition to the above mentioned business units for Sustainability, Retail & Leasing. - Oct 2021 to Dec 2021: Supporting as the HR BP for Security & Safety, Business Innovation, Sustainability, IT and Digital Innovation and I am also in the Tampines CCF HR task force team. - Dec 2021 to Apr 2022: Supporting as the HR BP to cover my colleague during absence for Projects & Technical Services BU in addition to Security & Safety and Business Innovation BUs. - Apr 2022 to Oct 2022: Supporting as the HR BP to IT, Sustainability, Landscaping, Security, Investigations, Safety and Transport BUs. - Oct 2022 to Apr 2023: Supporting as the HR BP in addition to the above mentioned BUs for Facilities Management & Engineering BU. - April 2023 to May 2023: Supporting as the HR BP to IT, Procurement, Sustainability and Landscaping. - May 2023 to Aug 2023 - Supporting as the HR BP to the above mentioned business units and in addition, covering for my colleague during absence for RSM business units.
