* Assist with first level support by providing telephone support to end users when required. * Ensure Service Level Agreements and ISO requirements are met. * Maintain employee data accurately and in timely manner complying to agreed Service Level Agreements. * Gathered requirements from client, assist in the translation of current business processes and country specific requirements to technical terms * Co-ordinate in pre Go-Live projects by perform testing, produce analysis report, documentation for configuration notes, prepare user manual & end user training workshop. * Support for post Go-live projects by conducting UAT to ensure all requirements are met and successfully implemented. * Troubleshoot all issues related to PM, TM, OM, PY and PA and document the solutions. * Recommend HR the best practice solution in the industry but complying to company policy and advise cost of projects. * Involved in testing various aspects using SAP R/3. * Identify defects during testing & highlight them to development teams for amendments.

* Oversee HR data completeness using Oracle. * Developed various reports and statistic for business decision making including head count reports, manpower planning, service satisfactory level, KPI for administrators etc. * Consolidate regional data for data conversion and transition used. * Troubleshoot issues raised by HR administrators including Reporting applications, Records Management System as well as debugging the error in the applications. * Develop workflow and manual for HR administrators referring to the SOP. * Conduct training for HR administrators to improve work efficiency and best practice for operation excellence. * Main focal point to coordinate between Technical Team and Administrators for various projects including enhancement, data migration, roll out etc.
