About

I'm an organisation development (OD) practitioner working at the intersection of human behaviour and organisational structure. My practice is whole-system and relational — focused on diagnosing how systems and organisations function, and designing interventions that help shift them to become healthier and more effective. I have six years of applied OD experience at A*STAR, working with leadership teams and across more than twenty research and corporate entities on culture, change, and transformation. I'm currently on secondment to the Public Service Division (PSD), where I've spent the last three years building a systems-level perspective on workforce and people strategy at the centre of government (CoG) — spanning strategic workforce planning, organisation design, and workforce development. This combination — OD practice with structural and systems-level fluency — is the lens I bring to organisational transformation.I believe in a generative, dialogic approach to change — one built brick by brick rather than merely declared. I'm an IHRP-Certified Practitioner, certified in Prosci Change Management and Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation, and a Core Strengths Certified Facilitator. In my free time, I volunteer as a career mentor with The Astronauts Collective.
