Providing Commercial Advisory for Market Entry: As the head of our execution arm, Arada Ventures, I provide on-the-ground, actionable guidance. I work with select institutional and private clients to deliver targeted solutions for market entry and expansion, including: Bilateral Engagement: Leveraging high-level government and diplomatic relationships to streamline project execution and market access. Commercialization Strategies: Developing frameworks for resource-rich sectors and localizing global brands for successful market entry. Investment Structuring: Designing bespoke financial models and deal structures that align with both client goals and local market realities.
