As an Assistant to the Project Manager, I am responsible for the effective management and coordination of PV projects in Uzbekistan, specifically in Samarkand, Jizzax, Buka, Navoi, and Tashkent. I support the oversight of both electrical and civil site activities, ensuring that all work adheres to the highest technical and safety standards. Additionally, I assist in monitoring project progress, tracking timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of tasks. Through strong collaboration with teams and stakeholders, I ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

As an Electrical Site Engineer, I supervised and executed various on-site activities, including PV module installation, DC cable laying, connections, and backfilling. I was responsible for LV and MV works, including 35kV systems, ensuring proper laying, connections, and testing. My tasks included the installation of transformers, inverters, and DC systems on inverters, along with inspecting PV areas for quality and compliance. I worked extensively in substation areas and conducted inspections in customs areas. By ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, I contributed to seamless project execution, resolving technical challenges and maintaining operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

As an Electrical Engineer in the PV area, I handle LV and DC system inspections, excavation, and backfilling. I oversee inverter installation and testing, conduct DC testing, and support welding work checks. Additionally, I assist as a Junior Safety Engineer, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and manage Permit to Work (PTW) processes. I also handle project documentation ensuring compliance and smooth project progress.

As a Junior Electrical Engineer on a PV project, I possess strong electrical skills in testing and inspecting MV, LV, and DC systems, inverters, panels, and transformers. I assist the Project Manager with technical support, ensuring smooth project execution. I serve as a Site Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and maintaining safety protocols. Fluent in five languages, I also act as a translator, facilitating communication across teams. My responsibilities extend to supporting the Safety Manager in risk assessments and safety practices. I help manage PV installation, substation construction, control building, and road construction within the PV area, ensuring all electrical components operate efficiently and safely.

As a Junior Electrical Engineer, I specialize in relay protection and automation. My work involves designing and maintaining protection systems, testing relay performance, and troubleshooting faults. I'm taking online courses and exams, with my university supporting my development in the renewable energy industry. Finally, I will participate in my graduation defense.

During my bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and automation in China, I built a strong foundation in electrical systems, automation, and control technologies. My coursework included circuit analysis, control systems, and power electronics, providing me with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. I undertook research on two significant projects: a solar tracking control system and a street light control system. The solar tracking project involved designing a mechanism to optimize solar panel orientation for maximum energy efficiency. The street light control system focused on automating urban street lighting, integrating smart technologies for improved energy management. Throughout my studies, I wrote four theses exploring different aspects of these projects and related technologies, allowing me to deeply engage with the technical challenges and solidify my understanding, contributing significantly to my growth as an electrical engineer.

During my study in an international foundation program in China, I learned the Chinese language, explored the culture, and focused on important major subjects that prepared me for further studies. This experience not only helped me adapt to the academic environment in China but also gave me a deeper understanding of the language and cultural nuances that are essential for effective communication and integration.

While you gain a basic understanding of how solar PV generators and solar power plants work, you will see how solar equipment designers predict and estimate the amount of solar energy available and the challenges they face. Learn about the empirical equations and correlations that relate the values of radiation , with meteorological parameters like sunshine hours, cloud cover and precipitation.

I studied Project Management Professional Development, gaining in-depth knowledge of project planning, risk management, change management, leadership, and team development. Through this program, I learned how to effectively manage project lifecycles, allocate resources efficiently, and apply industry best practices to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, I developed strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. This learning experience has enhanced my ability to lead teams, optimize workflows, and drive project success in dynamic work environments.

After COVID, I attended the Silk Road Youth Exchange Program in Guizhou, focusing on Construction Technology, Construction Project Management, and Urban Development. The program included site visits, technical workshops, and real-world project simulations, enhancing my skills in modern construction practices, project coordination, and risk management. I also conducted independent research and wrote a thesis on construction and infrastructure development. Through collaboration with industry experts and international peers, I gained a global perspective on construction innovation and strengthened my expertise in the field.
