I was responsible for the management of the company and its strategic positioning inline with the Worley Parsons International global strategy. I always acted in a way most likely to promote the success of the business and benefit all the shareholders including the WorleyParsons Employee Share Trust (WPEST) beneficiaries. I also had a responsibility to the company’s employees, its trading partners and the government.

As an Executive Manager for Transformation, I have a responsibility and oversight for 5 key areas; Employment Equity, Broad-Base Black Economic Empowerment, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management and Succession Planning. I also coordinate all the BBBEE activities relating to the scorecard (i.e. Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development and Socio-Economic Development) to ensure alignment with all the statutory requirements for compliance and not just complying but complying in the spirit of the law and bring that positive change of transformation forward. I am also passionate about developing emerging businesses within our sector using our Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) program. Our ESD program is positioned strategically to grow both ESD partner companies and WPRSA.

Managing Project to deliver on time, quality and budget. As a Project Manager I apply professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure satisfied clients. My role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages client satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of a project. Project Manager of the Geomet Select team, this team is responsible for introducing geometallurgy to Worleyparsons RSA capability offering, branding and marketing this capability.

The PDBA is aimed at fast-tracking high-potential young graduates, into the world of business.
