Business development. Initiation and establishment of the global corporate financial system- work plan, work process and procedures, accounting system, budget, relations with the banking system, contracts with vendors and service providers, insurance policies. Incorporating the overseas subsidiaries- legal and financial structure, corporate transfer pricing policy, bank accounts, employment contracts, working with the local Tax advisors and lawyers, establishing the control procedures over the overseas activities. Managing the IT infrastructure design and implementation- selecting and implementing the global ERP platform for the corporate.
