As project coordinator, research on Smart Grid, tracing on Smart Grid Technology in USA, EU and China. Responsible for long term RT projects. Responsible for project proposal, planning, execution and report. Work closely with product line and marketing teams or other stakeholders to find technical needs or marketing potentials. Plan the long term RT projects target, scope, deliveries, time scale, costs and resource needs. Breakdown the project into packages, define the sub-project target, scope deliveries, time scale, costs and resource needs. Responsible for Engineering consulting projects. Responsible for project initiation, proposal, planning, execution and delivery. Responsible for university collaborative projects. Be skilled in HVDC modeling and simulation using PSCAD/EMTDC and matlab. Be proficient in wind farm integration into power grid, including offshore substation equipment selection. Having working experiences for offshore wind farm integration into grid at Stafford, UK in 2009. Be good at making power system load flow and stability study using Digsilent Powerfactory Be familiar with making overvoltage insulation coordination study including lighting, switching, VFTO and TOV. As project manager to coordinate team member to deliver results and report in time.
