I’m responsible to gather business updates for professional display & solutions across SEAO (SEA and Oceania) region to create reports and insightful analysis of business landscape. Providing new strategies and initiatives to grow the enterprise business. Analyse performance and market research/tracking report to identify area of opportunity & weaknesses and develop recommendations & actions. Conduct trainings and market analysis updates to ensure that stakeholders are well equipped. Provide NPI guidelines and cross-functional support to ensure that the communications were go on plan. PIC for regional showroom planning with product and solutions revamp & updates and channel partner portal program & development.

I’m responsible for Consumer and Commercial printing and scanning products. Demand and Supply management to ensure sufficient and stable inventory across all product groups. Focus and manage P&L and A&P of the product. Plan and analyze reports from multiple sources to make better sales and product planning decisions. Drive company profitability with strategies for both B2B and B2C segments. Prepare focused ATL & BTL activities to improve product visibility and sales. Key person to drive online business with plans, activities, and promotions. Manage, train, and groom sales promoters in the retail channel to ensure product knowledge and sales skills are in place. Develop strategic product marketing plans with effective ROIs through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement. Driving new business streams and opportunities via visitations and joint visitations with colleagues, channel partners and end-user engagement.
