- Responsible for assisting Board Director & CEO of a company with various initiatives and objectives. KEY DUTIES 1.Substantial development of the MICE sector which demand from China Mainland. 2.Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing & sales plans. 3.Train, manage, direct, and evaluate teams if sales personnel. 4.Oversee and conduct research on product target markets, customer demographics, and activities of competitors. 5.Develop plans and set targets to ensure C&E team meets company sales objectives within a certain market. 6. Coordinate the design and dissemination of marketing and advertising materials and messages. 7. Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.

Responsibilities: - To conduct the marketing research for the market and the show. - To be responsible for cold call, tele-marketing, onsite marketing (site visit) & responding all enquiries from client. - To assist on venue booking & negotiation for road shows & events. - To assist on recruitment activities for particular events. - To establish and maintain client database. - To communicate and coordinate with the global offices. - To monitor the sales and progress of the shows and conduct onsite marketing - To conduct the post analysis on the show performance. - To prepare and co-ordinate the tender proposals and creation. - Represent Pico Malaysia at different events & networking sessions. - Responsible for company profile write up & handling press conferences relevant matters.
