- Perform end to end procurement cycle for banking industry which handle Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, follow up delivery and payment - Seek and drive the opportunity to negotiate with vendor for company savings - To perform new vendor onboarding check and maintain the Preferred Supplier List for existing vendors - To liaise with business and legal for the contract execution - Manage contractual documents in SAP contract database

- Process the Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) as daily operation for banking industry - Review the contract to ensure that the purchase can be released and covered by related contracts - Assist in issuing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for catalogue upload in the system and Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) for unsigned Statement of Work (SOW) - Assist in doing the daily reporting of PR allocation and closing report - As to implement Continuous Improvement (CI), identify the difficulties while processing the bulk of orders and provide the helpful solutions to enhance the efficiency in the daily operation - With Lean Six Sigma tools, think out of every possible business process solutions in order to save the time, reduce mistake and increase the productivity from time to time.

- To monitor, support and expedite overall purchasing operation and process from beginning to end - To handle PO issuance, delivery schedule management, shipping documents verification, payment status and non conformance report follow up - To provide quick assistance and solutions whenever issues happened - To assist in the language barriers of communication between vendor from China and operational officers from Europe and Asia-Pacific

- To support overall purchasing operation and activities such as sourcing of materials, services, suppliers, issue comparison justification/PO/LOA/agreement/contract, coordinate delivery, perform GR and follow up payment - To negotiate and liaise with vendors and business owners on the purchase requisition and maintenance contract renewal within KL Sentul Data Centre, Penang, JB, Sabah and Sarawak POP - Responsible for negotiation on prices within the requirement of quality, service, credit term and delivery lead time - Maintain proper records of purchase, quotation, sources, supplier informations, external and internal PO, LOA/agreement/contract and data in SAP - To liaise closely with relevant departments on such matters in affecting purchasing activities and projects - To carry out other duties as directed by the management
