- Handling regional outbound hiring for the Direct Sales team across the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore - Generating talent leads from regional events and headhunting through outbound channels - Qualifying sales profiles through their experience, skill set and sales handling - Leading regional recruitment events across the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment event production, from venue booking, sourcing, invitations, event presentation, and onsite interviewing during events - Work and communicate closely with the hiring sales team to understand their day-to-day workflows, team dynamics, hiring requirements, and challenges - Initiating employer branding projects, such as marketing materials and public presentations regionally - Acting as a career advisor and talent coach during the interview process and post-onboarding to accelerate candidates' engagement and velocity in the Direct Sales team
