- Develop short and long-term strategies to support the growth of Blackmores Women’s Health & Beauty segments at a global level.

- Act as the project leader for innovation projects and accountable for commercial decisions and ensure timely launch in different markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Korea and India etc.) - Manage the project from ideation to launch, including setting product positioning, claims, packaging, pricing and launch strategy. - Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for future iterations. - Lead mystery shopping project to understand product advisors' sales behavior and identify gaps, and develop measurable KPIs to track improvements.

- Develop and implement product marketing plan (objectives & goals, target audience, communication strategy, timeline & investment) - Manage trade marketing activities, lead the POSMs creation and development process and distribute to the retailers on time. - Manage content creation (create and keep up-to-date the website, catalogue, training materials with industry trends) - Liaise with Health Sciences Authority (HSA) to ensure advertisement and sales promotion compliance with the legislation and guidelines. - Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Provide consultation services, nutritional advice and product recommendation based on individual needs. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the performance and selling skills of product advisors. - Plan & manage health talk event to raise awareness and build a positive image of the company. - Handle enquiries, complaint cases and improve customer satisfaction.

- Assist in preparation of Nutrigenomics information for treatment plan that will be used during consultation. - Assist in program planning (ie 12-week follow up program include grocery tours, recipe-sampling/making sessions).

- Assist in basic health screening services. - Provide nutritional advice and product explanation to customers. - Participate in company's roadshow.
