* Establish a remote medical office with a medical file system for a fast growing medical and psychiatric health office. * Implement web based Electronic Health Records (EHR) application used for scheduling, carting, documenting changes, referrals and interoffice communications. * Create and maintain financial worksheets. * Process service agreements and resolve contract issues. * Train office manager on (EHR) application modules

* Resolve local area network connectivity issues on a daily basis. * Install and configure network servers and workstations. * Connect and configure peripheral devices to network file servers. * Perform network administration functions such as adding and deleting users. * Apply security restrictions to user accounts, and assign trustee directory assignments. * Monitor, refine and document server capabilities and procedures such as server backup, disk space management, processor utilization, inventory, security, and system management. * Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) for procurement of hardware and software. * Provide vendor management.
