Originally hired as a Christmas Temp in the Fragrance department, I provided personalised product recommendations, assisted customers with purchases, and supported sales through excellent customer service. Due to consistent positive feedback and strong performance, I was offered a permanent position as a Customer Advisor. In my current role, I handle a wide range of customer service duties, including advising on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. I’m recognised by both customers and colleagues as a go-to expert for product knowledge and am frequently consulted by team members for advice. I’m also responsible for efficiently preparing and processing customer delivery orders via Deliveroo and Uber Eats, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. My responsibilities extend across multiple store sections, where I maintain stock availability, presentation standards, and overall store organisation. This role has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills, as well as my ability to build rapport and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Adapted quickly to each age group’s needs, fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Currently completing the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Social Science, specialising in Law, Criminology, and Psychology. This course provides a strong foundation in understanding the relationship between law, society, and behaviour. It has enhanced my skills in legal analysis, case study evaluation, and ethical reasoning all of which support my goal of becoming a solicitor.

Completed GCSEs including English Literature (6), English Language (5), and Maths (4), alongside additional subjects focused on humanities and social sciences. My studies helped me develop strong written communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills, providing a solid foundation for my current Social Science and Law studies.
