At Akbank, I’ve had the opportunity to combine my previous experiences in both digital marketing and growth strategy. I participate in the strategic planning and the execution side at the same time. In addition, I’m also involved in technical projects in collaboration with other teams, giving me valuable experience in cross-functional project management and coordination.

After transitioning from digital marketing to growth strategy at GetirYemek, I had the chance to expand my perspective beyond just marketing. This role allowed me to explore all aspects of growth, which provided me a deeper understanding of how to drive business performance. I was involved in forecasting, market analysis, and evaluating overall business strategies from a higher-level viewpoint. This experience significantly improved my ability to consider growth from multiple angles and deepened my insight into strategic decision-making.

I worked with the UK and France teams, focusing mainly on acquisition strategies. Later, I transitioned to the GetirYemek team, where my focus shifted towards retention/remarketing. Throughout these all transitions, I was also involved in branding campaigns as well, which helped me develop a 360-degree perspective on digital marketing.

I completed my internship at Trendyol, where I mainly worked on remarketing/retention strategies within the digital marketing team. It was a great opportunity to deep dive how strategies should be implemented and budget should be managed in a leading e-commerce company.
