I am happy to share that I am starting a new position at Arena web security as a Junior Front-End developer.

As an Assistant Outlet Operations Manager, my core role was ensuring the outlet's profitability. I was responsible for sales growth, overall outlet maintenance, employee management, inventory management, customer communication, displaying products properly & maintain the layout, cash management & employee training. I had to grow sales with proper customer communication & employee training with available stock. Employees were guided with sales skills, communication tricks, product displaying rules & outlet environment.
