➢ Develops and manages preventive maintenance programs, including new preventive maintenance procedures, work review & approval. ➢ Manages inspection reporting, corrective actions and change control activities troubleshoot and perform root cause failure investigation. ➢ Preparation and completion of job work orders. ➢ Inspects HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building Exhaust Fans, Ventilation units etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventative maintenance. ➢ Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems. ➢ Accurate and timely completion of work order request. ➢ Performs maintenance to ensure the highest level of efficiency without disruption to the business. ➢ Respond immediately to emergencies (Fire Evacuation, Equipment Failure etc.) and client concern. ➢ Follow up the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) rules & regulations

➢ Interpret HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and P&ID diagrams for precise duct routing, sizing, and elevation on-site. ➢ Inspect duct materials, fire dampers and acoustic lining to ensure they comply with international project standards SMACNA, ASHARE & ASTM. ➢ Need to coordinate with Government consultant and organization and Foreign Consultant (NOCD-JV), CAAB. ➢ Conduct regular site walks to supervise installation teams, ensure proper duct support spacing, and verify leak tests. ➢ Coordinate with civil, electrical and plumbing teams to prevent spatial clashes and ensure seamless MEP integration. ➢ Preparing MOS, Construction sequence, Material and work schedule for Installation work and Issue the WIR, MIR & directly involve for Inspection. ➢ Follow up on Punch Lists to resolve outstanding installation or operational issues before final client sign-off. ➢ Follow up the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) rules & regulation.

➢ Directly supervise the 157pcs AHU Assembly, Installation work and commissioning. ➢ Verify AHU components (fans, coils, filters, dampers, and motors) upon delivery against approved material submittals and shop drawings. ➢ Supervise the rigging, structural mounting, and leveling of AHUs to ensure proper casing integrity, vibration isolation, and duct alignment. ➢ Inspect chilled water piping connections, drain pan slopes and valve packages to prevent leaks and ensure adequate condensate drainage. ➢ Conduct preparatory and follow-up inspections as per approved ITP, closing out NCRs and Requests for Information (RFIs). ➢ Perform static checks, including belt tension alignment, fan rotation verification, filter (HEPA/bag/pre-filter) checks, and motor solo runs. ➢ Safely energize fans, VFDs and motorized dampers, ensuring seamless integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) and DDC panels. ➢ Measure and adjust air volume, static pressure, and velocity to meet design. ➢ Produce comprehensive FPT records, Check sheets and commissioning reports for client or consultant approval. ➢ Ensure all installation and testing activities comply with international codes like ASHRAE, SMACNA, or local regulatory bodi
