Co-founded Sima Pajouh Electronic Company with the objective of establishing local manufacturing and assembly of electronic security and communication systems in Iran. Led the planning, licensing, and development of a fully built manufacturing facility located in Salafchegan Special Economic Zone, including: • 3,500 m² land • 750 m² production and assembly hall • 250 m² office space (including management suite) • Industrial power (100A), gas, water, and full infrastructure The factory was designed for assembly and production of video door phones, CCTV cameras, and related electronic equipment, supported by long-term production licenses obtained over 25 years ago. Due to market conditions and changes in import and local manufacturing policies, large-scale production was not activated at the time. Business activities were temporarily shifted to import, distribution, market development, and exhibition participation from Tehran. The manufacturing facility remains fully completed and ready for immediate operation, with future plans focused on joint ventures or OEM partnerships with international manufacturers, particularly from China.

Co-founded and managed Sharafi Trading, leading telecommunications, intercom, and security system operations in Iran for over four decades. Built nationwide distribution networks, after-sales service infrastructure, and long-term relationships with customers and global brands.

In 2002, I co-founded and managed a UAE-based telecommunications trading company, expanding operations across regional and international markets. Responsibilities and achievements: • Co-founded and scaled the business with initial capital of AED 300,000, expanding to AED 3,000,000 by 2003 • Managed international imports, strategic partnerships, and supplier relationships • Led multicultural teams and cross-border operations between UAE and Iran • Developed new trade channels for telecom, CCTV, and security equipment • Successfully exited the company in 2018 after transferring ownership to my business partner

Began my professional career in telecommunications and electronics, gaining hands-on technical experience that shaped my future entrepreneurial path. Responsibilities and achievements: • Installed and maintained analog telecommunication systems, including early PBX units and intercoms • Performed troubleshooting, system configuration, and on-site technical support • Supported customer service operations, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination • Developed strong fieldwork discipline and technical problem-solving skills
