I have worked as a staff manager in Fulham football club, which I have had to find solutions to, either through my own initiative or as part of a team. Some of my responsibilities included making sure my colleagues were well directed and supported their progression in the company. Another aspect of my role was to assist other managers within the club, and deal with customer complaints efficiently and maintain a positive vibe of being a welcoming family football club. I feel it was an invaluable experience, as I had to be adaptable and be flexible with my work, qualities that I know this company values highly.
