As the first ever Mentorship & Alumni Manager, I initiated the programme to connect current students with experienced mentors (Alumni) to provide them support and career advice.

● Successfully led a team of three through project planning and management for the business process audit of a $10 million healthcare company within 85% of budgeted time and costs ● Executed business process monitoring of a $2 billion steel company of areas such as Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management and made recommendations for improvement

● Collated and analysed financial data of more than 30 clients belonging to different industries such as eCommerce, Aviation, Telecommunication, FMCG and Textiles ● Worked on multiple projects simultaneously and key C-suite stakeholder relationships at top publicly listed companies ● Managed teams of 2 to 10 to present quality deliverables and lead effective communications between the client, third parties and team members ● Graded as a “Strong Performer” consistently in Performance Reviews ● Developed in-depth understanding of clients'​ businesses and identified various business processes such as revenue recognition, inventory records, payroll and expenditure ● Conducted financial analysis of each client's working capital, debt-equity ration and net profit

As a part of the Chartered Accountancy curriculum, a 3 years compulsory articleship training required to be completed by every student in order to get an in-depth practical knowledge of financial statements, taxation policies and corporate law. - Worked as an audit assistant for verifying accounts, drafting findings and preparing the final audit reports of listed as well as non listed companies - Responsible for accurately assessing risks and controls, developing effective test plans and leading communication with clients on a daily basis - Organized motivational team events on behalf of a senior manager - Handled the work of 30 different clients in three years; all belonging to different industries with teams of 2-15 people - Worked on eAudIT software, a computer based/ paperless system for carrying out all audit procedures
