I didn’t start in boardrooms. I started on the frontlines—where service, pressure, and people dynamics are real, immediate, and unforgiving. Over time, that experience took me into healthcare, and eventually into the strategic office of executive leadership. Today, I work as a Senior Strategic Partner to the Chair of Clinical Services at Hamad Medical Corporation. My role sits between strategy and execution—where decisions made at the top must translate into real outcomes on the ground. I work closely with leadership teams across Clinical Imaging and specialized services, helping align priorities, strengthen governance, and ensure that plans don’t stay as plans. Because in high-pressure environments like healthcare, intent is not enough. Execution is everything. Alongside this, I design leadership and communication programs for managers—focused on helping them think clearly, act decisively, and perform under pressure. Across everything I do, one pattern keeps repeating: People don’t struggle because they don’t know. They struggle because execution breaks. That’s where I focus my work.
