Conducted research on appellate issues. Composed pre-hearing memoranda and drafting judicial opinions for the court. Specifically researched criminal procedure and property law issues.

Researched issues of tax law regarding formation of partnerships, high level document review for high profile intellectual property case, deposition preparation for tax case, organized and categorized existing SEC No-Action letters regarding distinctions between broker and finders.

Meghan represented clients in litigation and appellate matters. Her practice included trial preparation work, including analyzing complex financial transactions; drafting motions, research, writing, and cite-checking briefs; reviewing and preparing corporate, legal and financial documents for production and various discovery issues and defending depositions. Additionally, in her transaction experience she represented financial institutions in a variety of corporate transactions, including leveraged and structured finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and asset-based loan facilities. Meghan's pro bono work included bringing a human trafficking case on behalf of migrant farm workers, forming 501(c)(3) organizations, researching state and local tax issues for Digital Wish and assisting the elderly in joining a trust in order to help them receive Medicaid assistance.

Consolidated and organized existing research on pharmacist’s right of refusal clauses. Researched new theories for opposing pharmacist’s right of refusal clauses and drafted memoranda for use by the legal department.
