• Serve as Phi Sigma Sigma’s expert on membership recruitment and new chapter establishment to maximize growth and revenue. • Collect, analyze and evaluate statistics and campus culture to aid in the planning process and support membership growth goals. • Train and supervise eight leadership development consultants and program coordinators on recruitment techniques and best practices. Develop training curriculum and staff evaluation process to ensure chapter needs are being met. • Created two-day, institute-style workshop for collegiate leaders including developing all curriculums and training facilitators. Present workshops at national events and facilitate groups of 200+. • Developed rubric for end of year evaluation of 105 chapters and conduct annual assessment of chapter performance through questionnaires, phone interviews and data analysis.

• Represented the organization on campus visits across North America, providing services and resources to undergraduates and volunteers in all areas of chapter operations. • Developed chapter support through communication with campus administrators and local alumnae.
