• The first people team hire, built the function from the ground up; including People Business Partners, Total Rewards, L&D, DEI, Talent Acquisition and People Experience. • Supported a global, remote-first team in 11 countries across the globe as the company grew from 25 to over 400.

• First people operations hire, building the function from the ground up, reporting into the CEO/founder and working closely with the rest of the executive team. • Trusted advisor and voice of HR and People Operations, helping teams grow and be as effective as possible. • Lead global talent acquisition across multiple functions and offices in Boston, Salt Lake City, and Rosario, Argentina; growing the team from 25 to 80. • Spearhead the benefits, employer branding, employee feedback and compensation programs. • Built and implemented new employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management programs from the ground up. • Ensure HR compliance in all domestic and international jurisdictions while maintaining knowledge of industry trends and legislation to ensure company compliance.

Lead the product and engineering talent practice area at OpenView through: • Managing the product and engineering recruiting team. • Partnering with key stakeholders and executives across the portfolio to optimize hiring and talent management practices and provide competitive intelligence on the market. • Bringing top talent into the portfolio by providing hands on recruiting support on top priority searches within product and engineering. • Actively engaging with industry leaders to innovate product and engineering recruitment practices • Staying on top of market changes and trends. Lead internal searches for both the investment team and expansion platform here at OpenView as well as sales, marketing and operational roles within the portfolio. Built and managed OpenView's first University Recruiting and Internship program, engaging with local universities, and managing the process once interns were on board.

• Research, identify and recruit accurate IT candidates various openings. • Work as the liaison between candidate and client throughout hiring process. • Maintain relationships with candidates and existing consultants. • Maintain a high volume of calls (50-75 calls per day). • Responsible for training and mentoring new hires. • Received “Rookie of the Year” award for 2010. • Received “Recruiter of the Quarter” award for Q1 2011.
