As the Vice President of Internal Programs, I oversee the mentorship program where I pair up the mentors and mentees based on their similar professional goals such as getting internship, joining professional program of accounting, and more. I am also in charge of providing fun social events for members!

As the Member, I received the career consultation from the top 10 accounting firms through attending the club networking events. I began to understand the various accounting career opportunities such as Volunteer Income Tax Association, Professional Program in Accounting, and more

As the Marketing Director, I am in charge of providing important information to our members about events, resources, and more through various social media platforms such as Instagram.

As the member, I got to explore various finance careers and networked with several financial firms. In addition, I also competed in their Security Analysis Competition and developed the technical skills to analyze the financial statements.

As the Program Chair, I am in charge of leading the group of 10 mentors and guiding them to help their mentees have the best college transition as the commuter students. In addition, I oversee the planning of big events such as Commuter Breakfast to help commuter population at University of Texas at Dallas with socializing.

As the Road Warriors Mentor, I got to mentor group of 15 commuter mentees. I planned out monthly group social events such as Boba Social and more. I helped provided important campus resources along with sharing my personal experience as the commuter.

As the Summer Rotational Intern, I got the opportunity to explore tax, assurance, and consulting through shadowing several certified public accountants. I also worked with two other interns on providing solutions to enhance collaboration within the hybrid internship program. We presented in front of the program director and interns nationwide.

I worked as the Freshmen Orientation Leader where I mentored 100+ incoming freshmen through small groups by sharing personal college experiences to develop connections. I also recommended several on-campus resources such as UTD Student Success Center to help with their classes. I also addressed the frequently asked questions by incoming freshmen and their parents. Lastly, I learned the importance of teamwork with other orientation leaders and professionalism representing UTD.
