Meghan is responsible for developing and implementing capture strategies for key pursuits including expanding customer relations, formalizing teaming strategies, negotiating agreements, and developing winning proposals. She is experienced in preparation of technical and cost proposals for various contract types including Design Bid Build, Design Build/P3s, IDIQs, as well as individual task order proposals. Meghan also has extensive experience leading interdisciplinary design teams throughout project delivery. Her portfolio includes transportation planning and design for rail and transit projects. Meghan’s expertise extends to all phases of project management, including pre-award support, planning and initiation, execution, and closeout. Her primary responsibilities have included developing project scopes, generating technical and cost proposals, work planning, managing and developing staff, controlling scopes and budgets, overseeing design work, and ensuring positive client relations.
