I started M&M Marketing to be a way for me to have my own personal creative outlet outside of my 9-5. Taking what I had learned working at a digital marketing agency, I was able to start my own freelancing business providing digital marketing services to small businesses. I have experience in the following: Directed social media and digital marketing strategy and initiatives to promote brand building, customer retention, engagement, and visitor traffic. Created both animated and static digital display advertisements for clients to run on Facebook and Google platforms Built landing pages and automated email campaigns to optimize digital ad campaigns Produce and edit podcasts, including extracting clips for microcontent for social media.

Organized corporate events, including luncheons and dinners, conferences and special events. Designed and maintained spreadsheets documenting vendor, facility and guest information. Planned event logistics by performing site evaluations and cost estimates.

Works directly with the office of Alumni and Family Relations within the University's Advancement Division. Represents the student body to alumni, donors, donor prospects and other VIPs at special events on and off campus. Promotes a positive image of our University by both deepening relationships and creating new relationships with individuals locally and regionally.

Observed and assessed student performance and kept thorough records of progress. Established clear objectives for all lessons, units and projects. Encouraged students to persevere with challenging tasks.

Help gain viewership to the Odyessy website through the use of social media via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, tumblr and Pinterest. Constantly coming up with new ways to gain views. Generated interest for new and upcoming product and service releases by managing social media accounts.
