• Manage portfolio management team and oversee maintenance of all life settlement funds including onboarding new purchases, reporting sales and maturities, tracking and implementing changes, sending and confirming premium payments, reconciling cash flows, and performance and ad-hoc reporting • Review and complete policy optimizations to ensure all funds and premium streams are reflecting best value for investors • Identify and implement process improvements where needed to streamline PM tasks • Collaborate with accounting, servicing, analytics, pricing, and trading teams as well as third party clients to provide accurate and timely reporting of life settlement assets and continued fund optimization

• Assumed full portfolio management responsibilities for Vida’s flagship fund including onboarding, tracking changes, sending premium instructions, policy optimizations, and performance reporting • Work closely with our servicing department to monitor premiums, grace issues, or obtain documents needed for optimizations • Run internal valuations and compare to third party valuation services to ensure accurate monthly performance reports for our investors

• Data collection and auditing for Vida’s flagship life settlement fund • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and general fund management • Pricing and onboarding of newly acquired policies

• Recruiter for market research studies • Establish contact with participants and leads via e-mail and phone using professional etiquette • Ensure clients are presented with qualified participants for each study by taking potential participants through a screening process that is specific to each study • Manage recruiters for studies in which I am Project Lead and coordinate participant data for clients • Recruited studies include focus groups, in-home ethnos, shop along studies, individual interviews, online surveys, online discussion boards, and mobile ethnos • Create and maintain the data presentations and schedules for client updates • Create and maintain participant payment documents and quota sheets for office use
