- Conducted a research projected to identify potential technological initiatives to reduce the baggage and passenger processing time at Singapore's Changi Airport by 30% by 2025 - Explored new technological innovations such as end-to- end biometric passenger boarding, RFID baggage tags, and automated baggage loading robots
