During my time at Blue Bonnet Autism, my role as a behavior therapist was to assess, create, and implement treatment plans for autistic children. Using applied behavior analysis (ABA) to help resolve behavioral challenges. ● Developed personalized treatment plans for clients. ● Identified treatment needs, gaps, and needed alterations. ● Worked with the client by implementing a treatment plan. Increasing, decreasing, and maintaining behaviors and identifying new behaviors if present. ● Evaluating client's development from their personalized treatment plan.

As a lead childcare teacher, I had significant responsibilities in ensuring the well-being, development, and safety of the children under my care. During my time at Kid City, I flourished, becoming one of two lead teachers in the classroom with an assistant. ● Managed classroom dynamics and developed lesson plans, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. ● Implemented and adhered to health and safety compliance measures, to ensure the health and well-being of children and staff. ● Enhanced communication and engagement to develop and maintain parent satisfaction through informing of the child’s development, lessons, and areas of needed improvement. ● Developed and managed documentation and records of curriculum and children’s work.

As a Childcare Teaching Assistant, my role is crucial in supporting the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. ● Supported lead teachers and assisted in classroom management across various age groups, showcasing flexibility and adaptability. ● Developed key skills in child supervision, health and safety, and communication, all a pertinent role in managing employee and client welfare and safety.
