As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, I am in charge of ensuring that all invoices get entered into the system for both Van Wert County Hospital and Van Wert Medical Services. I also perform weekly check runs for both companies. I am responsible for taking phone calls from vendors and assisting them when they need information on past due invoices or where to send current ones. After invoices have been entered, I scanned them into Metaviewer and verified that they all went in for future use.

As a sales associate, I was responsible for ensuring customers had a good experience during their visit. I was responsible for persuading customers to apply for a store credit card and take advantage of the free magazine program. When I wasn't with a customer, I was in charge of keeping the store looking organized. In addition, I responded to customer complaints and helped get them an answer quickly and efficiently. At the end of a closing shift, I compared the monetary values collected from each register to ensure the correct amounts were being deposited at the bank. I worked at both a Peebles and Goody's in my time with Stage Stores.

As an all inclusive employee, I did a little bit of everything around the carry-out. I assisted customers in their check-out process. When I wasn't helping customers, I was in the kitchen taking phone calls and preparing customer orders. I was also in charge of making sure everything around the store was stocked, whether it be in the kitchen, carry-out, or the cooler. At the end of the night, I made sure the store was ready for opening by cleaning and accounting for all of the money in the registers.
