• Building and launching strategic relationships with partners to yield new and improved large language models, generative AI, and voice technologies for Bard, Speech, and Assistant teams. Currently focused on partnerships with Speech data collection and linguistic services providers to expand global language coverage of speech products xGoogle.

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for Geo, Search, Assistant, and Research and Machine Intelligence product teams • Partner with business and product team counterparts to strategize and execute deals • Advise product teams on legal compliance • Devise and implement legal process and resource improvements • Perform M&A due diligence • Manage legal review, localization, and update processes for product Terms of Service (TOS) globally

• Assist with management of multi-thousand matter trademark, trade dress, and copyright portfolios for large international clients and their subsidiaries • Research and review international and country-specific trademark protection laws in 190+ jurisdictions worldwide. • Administer special client projects, including extensive brand clearance and protection work • Direct the coordination of and evidence collection for worldwide trademark opposition and defense cases, as well as intellectual property asset purchases and licensing • Regular filing and maintenance work with the United States Patent and Trademark Office • Formulate group practices and procedures, determining staffing and project support needs

• Formulated and executed marketing strategies targeting greater Berkeley student population, yielding a 90% non-member attendance rate at the group’s inaugural event • Secured Associated Students of the University of California funding and sponsorship for the 2009-2010 academic year through high impact presentations • Organized outreach to Berkeley student organizations and commercial groups to obtain partnerships for current agenda of events

• Interpret, uphold and enforce the Associated Students of the University of California Constitution and by-laws • Conduct hearings and issue remedies and advisory opinions • Recommended and nominated by ASUC President to serve as one of nine Justices

• Advised and researched for Senator’s Legislative Consultants and Analysts on foreign affairs, defense and health policy • Facilitated and streamlined office-constituent communications via case work, phone calls and letter responses • Database management of implementation of new healthcare legislation and nuclear proliferation treaty with Russia
