Diplomat is the nation's largest independent specialty pharmacy. We work with the entire health care ecosystem to help patients battle chronic and rare conditions through access to medication, information and funding. Coordinating all aspects of external conferences, meetings and events for Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy and it's subsidiaries including, but not limited to, timely completion and submission of all registrations and payments for National, Regional, and Local events, maintain company's master Conference Calendar for all divisions, manage budgets and track all expenses (fees, travel, marketing materials, set-up costs, deliveries, etc.), arrange exhibit details for convention booth space, support and arrange hotel stays, work in coordination with Marketing Production Coordinator to facilitate shipment of marketing materials and booth displays, coordinate conference social media inclusion and internal awareness, organize post conference feedback and ROI reporting.

Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan (CLF) is a statewide organization that provides education, financial assistance, and emotional support to Michigan families battling leukemia, lymphoma and other blood related disorders. Planned and implemented 8 annual CLF managed Special Events, including but not limited to, logistical planning (event resumes, budgets & action plans), venue selection, volunteer recruitment and coordination, committee management, sponsorship recruitment, event website management, marketing and advertising, participant recruitment and ticket sales, day of coordination and post event wrap up w/ ROI reports. Acted as the foundation liaison for third party events and member of Youth Advisory Council.
