Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) ● Develop data-driven sales and operations planning strategies. ● Bridge communication between sales, production, supply chain, and finance. ● Analyze market demand and align it with production capacity. ● Ensure supply and demand balance to avoid shortages or overstock. ● Optimize forecasting, inventory planning, and capacity management. ● Report performance results and provide strategic recommendations to management.
