I love working with people and making a difference in people's lives. I am a passionate people-person. I enjoy working with others as well as on my own. I can handle constructive criticism as well as distribute it if a leadership role presents itself. I tend to thrive under pressure. I don’t struggle to multi-task. I am happy handling sensitive and crucial negotiations between people (clients/candidates). I am a great listener and I have found this very useful in the recruitment industry as I easily decipher clients and candidates’ preferences. I am good at communicating and I have no problem putting together mails which cover a multitude of topics, eg. negotiations, offer details, financial information, motivational/convincing statements etc. I handle disgruntled customers with ease and have no problem diffusing an uncomfortable situation.
